PDPA Notice

1. Our commitment

Goal Green World Pte Ltd (UEN 202009752D) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”) and its subsidiary legislation, and the advisory guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (“PDPC”).

This notice summarises how we comply with the PDPA. Our fullPrivacy Policy contains the operational detail, what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

2. Purposes for collecting your personal data

We collect, use and disclose personal data for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including:

• Responding to your enquiries and preparing quotations
• Scheduling and carrying out painting and waterproofing work
• Contacting you about your project by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email
• Providing customer support and warranty service
• Billing, accounting and tax record-keeping
• Sending you marketing information where you have consented
• Preventing fraud and misuse of our services
• Meeting legal, regulatory and contractual obligations

Where we intend to use your personal data for a new purpose that is not covered above, we will notify you and obtain your consent before doing so (unless the PDPA permits or requires the use without further consent).

3. Consent

By submitting an enquiry, engaging our services, or otherwise providing personal data to us, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes described in Section 2 and in our full Privacy Policy.

Where we ask for your consent to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages from us about your enquiry, that consent is a separate opt-in confirmed by ticking the consent box on our enquiry form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent to our continued collection, use or disclosure of your personal data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (Section 7).

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to your enquiry, complete work you have engaged us for, or provide warranty support, we will let you know the specific consequences at the time.

5. Access and correction

You have the right, under the PDPA, to request:

• confirmation of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year; and
• that we correct any errors or omissions in that personal data.

Requests can be sent to our Data Protection Officer at the details in Section 7. We will respond within 30 days, or notify you of the time we require if we cannot meet that deadline. A reasonable fee may apply to access requests as permitted by the PDPA.

6. Protection, accuracy and retention

We apply reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or under our control from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal data we hold is accurate and complete. We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

7. Data Protection Officer

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer as required under Section 11(3) of the PDPA. All queries, requests and complaints relating to your personal data should be directed to:

8. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data or your request, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore at www.pdpc.gov.sg.
